WhiskyFest is always a big deal in Chicago. Each year, tickets sell out in a matter of hours. People wait in line for hours before the event starts so they can maneuver for a better position in line to try a limited edition Pappy 23 or Macallan Cask Reserve. And if those whiskies aren’t available, of course there are many more from which to choose. By the end of the show, there are lots of happy faces, full bellies, and fond memories.

And this year was certainly no different. The crowd was wonderful, the food was out of this world, and the whiskey was, well, delicious of course.
