Stolen Pappy Bourbon to Be Destroyed and Not Auctioned due to wishes of Julian Van Winkle, Sheriff Pat Melton says. Concerns are because of liability of tampering of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon. Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate is the judge who will make the final decision.
